2–3 tbsp Spice King Oxtail and Stew Beef Seasoning
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 large onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 carrots, sliced
3 potatoes, cubed
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz)
6 cups beef broth
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp thyme
